-Please pay the amount of your category by cash in Japanese Yen on the day of your competition.
-Please note that only cash payment it acceptable. (No bank transfer, check, credit card).
-Failure to pay the required registration fees will result in disqualification.
-Registration fee is not refundable in any case.
About the Practice Room
-The day of your competition
We are going to provide 5min practice room for warm up to all participants. Please check your specific time slot at 9:30AM of your competition date at our reception desk.
-Other practice
We have the following time slot for or foreign participants only.

*Please note that for now, we can only accept 1h/each participant due to limited time space.
*Please note that we will book the room in order of arrival of reservation email.

About Concerto Category
Participants of Concert A, B C category will have rehearsal with String quartet. This rehearsal will most likely be held one day before of each Concerto competition date, however confirmed schedule will be updated on our website after each Concerto category’s 2nd stage. Thank you for your patient.

- Concept -
The purpose of this competition is to discover and develop promising international level artists.
The organizers hope that the grace and splendor of Chopin’s music will help to cultivate understanding and appreciation of music and to advance the level of performance in Asia. It is further hoped that this competition will become a bridge of cultural exchange between Asia and Poland.
